In a word. No.
If you want to use your solar energy at night, you will need to install a battery.
While you might be able to register a current coming off the DC wiring when the moon is bright, it will be very faint and won’t be enough to power the inverter to convert into AC from DC.
Solar panels work by using solar irradiation (light) to knock loose electrons which are directed along a wire. In short – you have to have some solar irradiation (light) and then you have to produce enough electricity to enable the inverter to operate to convert the DC current into AC.
Infrared solar panels are not available. The are several practical reasons why they’re unlikely to exist at scale or ever be commercially viable.
